The LDA in partnership with Limerick City and Country Council will begin the design review of a mixed-use 50 hectare site at Colbert Station
The Land Development Agency in partnership with Limerick City and County Council, CIÉ and the HSE will begin the design review stage for the development of a brownfield mixed-use 50-hectare site at Colbert Station, Limerick over the coming weeks.
The design review process, a precursor to a master plan, will evaluate the potential for the site to deliver on desired outcomes and provide a high-level vision of what the development could comprise.
We want to know what the public would like to see from the development. All local agencies, groups and individuals are encouraged to engage in this round of the public consultation process.
It is anticipated that there will be further opportunity for public consultation as the site proceeds through its different development phases.
The main themes emerging from this round of the consultation process will inform the design review panel as they are forming their key design concepts.
