Clongriffin Central | Clongriffin, Dublin 13

Clongriffin Central is an urban development at the heart of Dublin 13, beside Clongriffin train station. Clongriffin Central will deliver c.2000 new homes and, when included with the neighbouring LDA Stapolin Square development, there is potential to deliver over 4,000 new homes in the area.

Subject to planning, Clongriffin Central will include affordable homes, green spaces, shops, and community facilities — creating a vibrant new neighbourhood for residents, locals, and visitors.

Walls Construction Ltd. has been appointed as the construction partner on the first phase of this development, where construction is well underway.

The Land Development Agency (LDA) has been progressing plans for a Phase 2 planning application for Clongriffin Central, North Dublin, with Phase 2 Public Consultation now underway. The consultation sets out proposals for c.700 new affordable homes, enhanced green space and town centre improvements, and invites feedback from the community.
