The LDA will deliver 328 new homes at Woodbrook in Shankill in Dublin, in partnership with Castlethorn.
Positioned between mountains and sea on Dublin’s scenic south coast, Woodbrook is located close to the LDA's award-winning Shanganagh Castle Estate development, sharing the same highly accessible and attractive location for tenants. The Woodbrook DART station is just 500 metres from the development and the 24/7 E1 bus service to Dublin city and Bray is a short walk away.
The homes will be built to an A-rated BER standard, comprising 102 one-bed and 226 two-bed apartments.
The apartments are part of Castlethorn’s Woodbrook development, which will also feature excellent amenities including a creche, a primary school and neighbour centre, helping to create a vibrant and well-serviced community.
John Paul Construction is the main contractor on this project, with the 328 new homes expected to be completed in early 2027.
