The Land Development Agency (LDA) is pleased to present Barnwell Point.
Studio apartments are available for rent at €1,050 per month. These apartments are adjacent to Hansfield Train Station and just a short stroll from Ongar Village. Barnwell Point is a short distance south of the M3 Motorway and provides easy access to the M50 Motorway via the Blanchardstown interchange, which is only a few minutes' drive away.
Ongar Village is only a short stroll away and offers a variety of local shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants. The development also benefits from the nearby Blanchardstown Centre which offers a unique shopping and leisure experience. Some of the many fine attractions close to Barnwell Park include Phoenix Park, the National Aquatic Centre and St Catherine’s Park offering acres of woodland, nature walks, playgrounds and sporting facilities.
Hansfield’s position on the Dunboyne commuter line sees it served by 45 trains daily, with a peak journey time of 25 minutes to Docklands or Connolly Station. The LUAS station at Broombridge is only a short 15-minute journey from Hansfield by train. The LUAS Green Line Cross City is an excellent transport link for commuters travelling into the heart of Dublin City Centre.
Hansfield is also served by the Quality Bus Corridor that facilitates the 39 and 39a Dublin Bus routes through Dublin City Centre directly to UCD.

The LDA is offering apartments for rent under this Cost Rental application process, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria detailed below.

Occupancy requirements for Barnwell Point are outlined below. If your household size does not meet the occupancy criteria, you will not be eligible for this home. Please revisit for future schemes which may meet your household size.
- Studio unit will be suitable for a single person, or cohabiting couple.
Applicants may apply for one or more unit types that matches their household size. Only one application per household, per unit type is permitted.
Please Note:
We will not consider an application that will lead to over-occupation of a property. Over occupation is where more than two children are occupying one bedroom per household or where two children one of whom is aged 10 or more, of opposite sex are sharing a room.
Only one application per household is permitted. Anyone or any household applying multiple times will be disqualified from the process.
Limited car parking available.
The apartments are provided unfurnished with:
