The Land Development Agency presents The Mills, a new housing development located in Castletroy, Co. Limerick. Offering one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments to rent from €990 per month.
The Mills is located just off the Dublin Road in Castletroy, a 15-minute drive from Limerick City Centre. The scheme is also close to major employment areas such as the National Technology Park, Annacotty Business Park, and the University of Limerick.The Mills is well-served by public transport, with frequent bus services running to Limerick City Centre and the University of Limerick.
Residents have easy access to supermarkets, with Lidl adjacent to the scheme and SuperValu a 10-minute walk away. Which also connects residents to Castletroy Town Centre, a modern neighborhood shopping center offering a range of shops, restaurants, and amenities such as Odeon cinema.

Occupancy requirements for The Mills are outlined below. If your household size does not meet the occupancy criteria, you will not be eligible for this home. Please revisit for future schemes which may meet your household size.
Property Size:
- One-bed units will be suitable for a single person, or cohabiting couple.
- Two-bed units will be suitable for two adults, a cohabiting couple, a cohabitating couple and one adult, or a cohabiting couple/lone parent with 1 or 2 children.
Applicants may apply for one or more unit types that matches their household size. Only one application per household, per unit type is permitted.
Please Note:
We will not consider an application that will lead to over-occupation of a property. Over occupation is where more than two children are occupying one bedroom per household or where two children one of whom is aged 10 or more, of opposite sex are sharing a room.
Only one application per unit type, per household is permitted. Anyone or any household applying multiple times for a single unit type, will be disqualified from the process.
