LDA Cost Rental Survey
This report contributes to a growing body of research examining cost rental in an Irish context. Norris et al. (2026) examine the development of the new cost rental policy in Ireland and the challenges associated with the transfer of the cost rental model from Austria to Ireland. A study produced by Byrne et al. (2024) surveyed AHB cost rental tenants, documenting their characteristics, experiences, and aspirations.
