Golding Green | Kinsealy
Golding Green is an exciting new neighbourhood nestled within the tranquil surrounds of Kinsealy and perfectly positioned between the coastal villages of Malahide and Portmarnock and a short journey Swords, Dublin Airport and Dublin City Centre.

The homes are being delivered by the LDA in partnership with Fingal County Council through the Start Home Purchase Scheme (formerly known as the Local Authority Affordable Purchase Scheme). This scheme enables eligible buyers to bridge the gap between the price of the home and the amount of personal funds and mortgage available to them.
Golding Green application portal will open at 12pm on 8 October 2026 and closes at 5pm on 29 October 2026.
