Anglesea Terrace
The LDA in partnership with Cork City Council plan to deliver 147 new homes - 72 one-bed and 75 two-bed cost rental and social apartments - at Anglesea Terrace in Cork City.
Located at the junction of Old Station Road and South Link Road, the site is within short walking distance of all city centre amenities, retail and community services, Kent Station and Cork Bus Station.
The development height will vary from four to 16 storeys at its tallest point and will complement the nearby Elysian building.
Upon completion, residents will be able to enjoy a landscaped courtyard, and the ground floor will include 242m2 of commercial space that can be divided into two or three separate units.
Subject to planning permission, construction could begin in 2027, with the first homes delivered in 2030.
