Clongriffin Central
Clongriffin Central is an urban development at the heart of Dublin 13, beside Clongriffin train station. Clongriffin Central will deliver c.2000 new homes and, when included with the neighbouring LDA Stapolin Square development, there is potential to deliver over 4,000 new homes in the area.
Subject to planning, Clongriffin Central will include affordable homes, green spaces, shops, and community facilities — creating a vibrant new neighbourhood for residents, locals, and visitors.
Phase 1
Walls Construction Ltd. has been appointed as the construction partner on the first phase of this development, where construction is well underway. Construction updates and contact information relating to Phase 1 can be found here.
Phase 2
The LDA has been progressing plans with a Phase 2 planning application to deliver:
- 711 new homes
- A standalone childcare facility with outdoor play space
- New retail, café and restaurant spaces
- Community, cultural and arts spaces
- Enhanced pedestrian and cycle connectivity
- Green roofs, solar PV panels and sustainable drainage systems
