Clongriffin Central is an LDA-led urban development at the heart of Dublin 13, beside Clongriffin train station. Clongriffin Central will deliver c.2000 new homes and, when included with the neighbouring LDA Stapolin Square development, there is potential to deliver over 4,000 new homes in the area.

Subject to planning, Clongriffin Central will include affordable homes, green spaces, shops, and community facilities — creating a vibrant new neighbourhood for residents, locals, and visitors.

Walls Construction Ltd. has been appointed as the construction partner on the first phase of this development (Block 5&6), where construction is already underway.
