Silloge Road
Silloge Road is a landmark scheme in the heart of Ballymun Town Centre with the capacity to deliver over 560 homes, including a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes across three blocks.
The development will include a creche along with cultural and community facilities spanning over 850 sqm, alongside more than 2,000 sqm of high-quality public open space.
The site offers a significant opportunity to support the continued regeneration of Ballymun Town Centre, helping to create a vibrant, sustainable urban neighbourhood.
The design prioritises movement and accessibility, improving pedestrian and cycle connections through the site and linking into the surrounding area, including the adjacent future MetroLink lands.
Public Consultation will be held on Wednesday 15th July 2026 at the Ballymun Axis Centre from 4-8pm with a drop-in clinic to inform the public and communities on this new development and to get their views and feedback with planning lodgement expected in Q4 2026.
