LDA Wilton
The LDA Wilton development is based on former ESB lands on Sarsfield Road, located just over 4km from Cork city centre with great transport links.
The site is next to Wilton Shopping Centre and only a short walk or cycle from Cork University Hospital, Munster Technological University, University College Cork, schools, shops and other local services.
The permitted development will include circa. 152 one-bed apartments, 168 two-bed apartments and 12 three-bed apartments, 16 three-bed townhouses, as well as a creche, landscaped open spaces and new pedestrian and cycle links.
The homes will be a mix of social, cost rental and affordable purchase.
Planning permission was approved by Cork City Council in August 2025. The planning application submission can be viewed at the this website.
The project is currently in post planning detailed design stage. The Contractor Market Engagement Event took place on 13 August 2025 in Cork City.
