Section 22 of the Protected Disclosures Act 2014, as amended by the Protected Disclosures (Amendment) Act 2022, requires the LDA to publish an Annual Report relating to protected disclosures made under the Act. The mechanisms whereby concerns can be raised, or disclosures made in the public interest, in accordance with the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 (as amended by the Protected Disclosures (Amendment) Act 2022), are outlined in the Protected Disclosures policy linked below
