€1,350 per calendar month
- Two-bed apartment (max occupancy 3)
€1,500 per calendar month
- Two-bed apartment (max occupancy 4)
€1,600 per calendar month
- Three-bed apartment
€1,790 per calendar month
Occupancy requirements for Cooper Square are outlined below. If your household size does not meet the occupancy criteria, you will not be eligible for this home. Please revisit for future schemes which may meet your household size.
Property Size:
- One-bedroom apartments will be suitable for a single person, or cohabiting couple.
- Two-bedroom apartment (max occupancy 3) will be suitable for two adults, a cohabiting couple, a cohabiting couple and one adult, or a cohabiting couple/lone parent with one child.
- Two-bedroom apartments (max occupancy 4) will be suitable for two adults, a cohabiting couple, a cohabitating couple and one adult, or a cohabiting couple/lone parent with 1 or 2 children.
- Three-bedroom units will be suitable for three adults, cohabiting couple and one adult, cohabiting couple with 1 or more children or lone parent with 2 or more children.
Applicants may apply for one or more unit types that matches their household size. Only one application per household, per unit type is permitted.
Please Note:
We will not consider an application that will lead to over occupation of a property. Over occupation is where more than two children are occupying one bedroom per household or where two children one of whom is aged 10 or more, of opposite sex are sharing a room.
