Barracksfield West is a residential development in Naas, Co. Kildare, located on a 4.14-hectare site formerly occupied by Devoy Barracks.

The site is located just southwest of Naas town centre, only minutes from the M7/N7, and within walking distance of essential services, amenities, and public transport links. It is well positioned to integrate with the surrounding residential areas and local infrastructure.

Planning permission was granted in October 2022 under the Strategic Housing Development (SHD) process for the construction of 219 homes, comprising a mix of terraced houses, duplexes, and apartment units ranging from 2 to 5 storeys in height. The development includes 42 terraced houses and 177 apartments. A creche is also included as part of the approved plans.
