Cookstown Commons is a residential led regeneration project located in the Cookstown area of Tallaght.
The development of over 750 homes will include a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments across seven blocks.
It will also include a creche and community room alongside more than 750sqm of commercial space suitable for retail or cafe uses.
The site offers a significant opportunity to act as catalyst for regeneration in the area, establishing a new residential neighbourhood whilst servicing and enhancing existing adjacent communities and businesses with new public open space and facilities.
The design prioritises movement and accessibility, improving pedestrian and cycle connections through the site and linking into the surrounding area.
