Woodbrook
The LDA, in partnership with Castlethorn, has delivered 328 new A-rated homes at Woodbrook in Shankill, Dublin 18.
Positioned between the mountains and sea on Dublin’s south coast, Woodbrook is located close to the LDA’s award-winning Shanganagh Castle Estate development. Woodbrook DART Station is just 500 metres from the development, while the 24/7 E1 bus service provides connections to Dublin city and Bray.
The 328 homes comprise 102 one-bedroom apartments, 220 two-bedroom apartments and 6 two-bedroom duplex apartments and are being made available as Cost Rental Starter Homes.
The apartments form part of Castlethorn’s wider Woodbrook development, which includes a planned crèche, primary school and neighbourhood centre. The development is also located beside Shanganagh Park, with views towards Woodbrook Golf Club and Dublin’s coastline.
The homes have been delivered through the LDA’s Project Tosaigh initiative, with John Paul Construction as the main contractor.
Applications will open on Tuesday, 20 October at 12pm and remain open for 7 days.
